Widener Law recognizes Karen E. Braciszewski of Philadelphia for achievement

Widener University School of Law held its annual Student Awards Ceremony for the Delaware campus on Wednesday, April 15. Awards were handed out in the school's Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom. The honorees included:

Karen E. Braciszewski of Philadelphia, Pa., 19154.

She received the William J. and Ella C. Wolf Award in Real Property Law, given for excellence in property law or real estate development, and the Esther F. Clark Memorial Scholarship, given for the highest combined average in evidence and criminal procedure. She also received the Jugde J. Cullen Ganey Criminal Procedure Award, given for the highest grade in criminal law. Finally, she received an outstanding student service award, given annually to a small number of graduates who have been actively involved in the Widener community and who have been of outstanding service to the school.

Braciszewski will graduate May 16 and will take the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar exams. She will clerk for Judge Bernard E. DeLury Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is the daughter of Stephen and Diane Braciszewski of Philadelphia.
