Widener Law Commonwealth students recognized at Student Awards Ceremony

Widener Unversity Commonwealth Law School held its annual Student Awards Ceremony on Wedneday, April 27.

The students recognized for their achievements included:

Anthony Cox, Jr. of Norfolk, Va., 23503.

He is the recipient of the Linda L. Ammons Diversity Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to a student who is a member of a minority group that is underrepresented in the legal profession, and displays qualities of leadership to school or community..

Cox will be a second-year summer associate at Rhoads and Sinon this year. He plans to graduate in May 2017. He is the son of Anthony Cox, Sr. of Richmond, Va. and Tishia Perry of Norfolk, Va.
