Phillip Wubbolt of Manheim Among ROTC Cadets Honored at Widener University Awards Ceremony

Phillip Wubbolt, a Junior International Relations major at Widener University and a member of the university's ROTC Program, was recently honored at a special awards ceremony highlighting outstanding Cadets. Wubbolt from Manheim, Pa, received the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association Scholarship Award for his academic performance, participation in campus activities and outstanding leadership qualities.
