Mary Halbur Travels to Greifswald, Germany through Widener University Study Abroad Opportunity

Widener University student Mary Halbur of Carlton, Minn. recently returned from a study abroad excursion. Halbur, a history/anthropology major, participated in Widener's 2013 summer exchange with the University of Greifswald in Germany.

This exchange program between Widener and Greifswald started more than 20 years ago and involves both faculty and students. Widener University is currently hosting a visiting assistant professor of English, Cornelia Loder, from the University of Greifswald for the fall semester.
