Kelsey Powell of Turnersville Completes Army ROTC Leadership Course

Kelsey Powell of Turnersville, N.J., a sophomore psychology major at Widener University and a cadet in the Widener Army ROTC Dauntless Battalion, recently completed Cadet Initial Entry Training at Fort Knox, Ky.

The Cadet Initial Entry Training is an intense four-week introduction to Army life and leadership training of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps. The aim of the course is to motivate and qualify cadets for entry into the Senior ROTC program.
