Kelsey Powell of Turnersville Among ROTC Cadets Honored at Widener University Awards Ceremony

Kelsey Powell, a Freshman Psychology major at Widener University and a member of the university's ROTC Program, was recently honored at a special awards ceremony highlighting outstanding Cadets. Powell from Turnersville, NJ, received the DA Superior Cadet Decoration Award and the PMC Legacy Award for her superior performance during the academic year and possessing a sense of personal responsibility and self confidence.
