Kayla Jarosiewicz of West Deptford, NJ, graduated from Widener University on Saturday, May 20 at the top of her class. With a 4.0 grade point average, Jarosiewicz is a valedictorian of the Class of 2017.

Jarosiewicz, a Economics and Finance major, particapted in a number of activities during her time at Widener, including: honors student, 2016 Outstanding Economics Student, peer advisor in the School of Business Administration, security analyst for Money Club and Student Investment Fund, City Team volunteer, and a tutor She was also on the dean's list and President's every semester.
