Jonathan Sinclair of Williamstown Completes Army ROTC Leadership Course

Jonathan Sinclair of Williamstown, N.J., a senior mechanical engineering major at Widener University and a cadet in the Widener Army ROTC Dauntless Battalion, recently completed Cadet Leadership Course and Cadet Initial Entry Training Leadership Role Course at Fort Knox, Ky.

The Cadet Leadership Course is the U.S. Army Cadet Command's capstone training event. The purpose of the course is to train U.S. Army ROTC Cadets to Army standards, to develop their leadership skills, and to evaluate their officer potential. The Cadet Initial Entry Training is an intense four-week introduction to Army life and leadership training of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps. The aim of the course is to motivate and qualify cadets for entry into the Senior ROTC program.
