Janelle Rouse Participating in China Exchange Program with Nine Widener University Peers

2014 May 28

Janelle Rouse, a Widener University junior Psychology major of Washington, D.C., is participating in a trip of a lifetime through a China Exchange Program between Widener and Chongqing Technology and Business University. Rouse is among 10 students on the nearly month-long trip, which includes learning the Chinese language and taking courses at CTBU on a range of topics.

Rouse is also sightseeing with stops in Beijing to tour the Great Wall and Xi'an--the excavation site of the terracotta army. Rouse and his Widener peers will spend significant time with the CTBU students, learning about their life as students in China and getting to know those students who will travel to Widener in the fall to study.

Keep up with the Widener students' adventures in China through the blog: http://widenerchina2014.blogspot.com.
