Ashley Rundell earns degree from Widener University

Widener University conferred degrees to more than 750 graduates in a ceremony Saturday, May 20. Commencement was held on Memorial Field at the university.

Alumnus Steven Gillon, a member of the class of 1978, gave the commencement address. Gillon is scholar-in-residence at The History Channel and professor of history at the University of Oklahoma. The university presented him with a Doctor of Humane Letters honorary degree.

The graduates included:

Ashley Rundell of Glen Mills, PA, 19342. Rundell received a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice/political science from the College of Arts and Sciences.
