Colleen McInaw of Broomall Studies Abroad in Spain with Widener University

Colleen McInaw, a native of Broomall, Pa., recently traveled to Spain to culminate a Spring 2016 course at Widener University examining sport marketing from a global perspective.

Widener University partnered with the University of Vic in Catalonia, Spain, to offer its students lectures abroad on a range of topics from engaging Spanish fans of various sports to managing the legacy of an event like the 1992 Summer Olympic Games.

McInaw and classmates also had the chance to tour stadiums, including the home of FC Barcelona, and attend a EuroLeague basketball game.

McInaw, a accounting major, is a member of the Widener University Class of 2016.
